Should a Bro lose a body part due to an accident or illness, his fellow Bros will not make lame jokes such as “Gimme three!” or “Wow quitting your job like that really took a lot of ball” (or in the case of Lance Armstrong: "Bro, it takes a bronze testicle to admit to doping!") . It’s still a high five and that Bro still has a lot of balls… metaphorically speaking, of course
As fun as it may be, ripping on somebody about their lack of an appendage/organ/bodily structure is really douchey and not okay. I mean, if you do think of a joke either keep it in, or say it to someone behind your bro's back. Besides, you can still make fun of your bro for plenty of other things like his extremely small dog, or his lack of ability to drive a stick shift, or him being a ginger (that's my personal favorite).
Dr's Advice:
If in the off chance you do end up making a remark dealing with a lack of appendages, try to think of a way to make it up to him as fast as possible. Especially if your bro is a Broldier (bro-soldier).
