A bro never sends a greeting card to another bro. There are no sentiments between two bros that cannot be articulated through the convenience and emotional distance of electronic mail.
however rough this article may sound, it does make some sense, in a weird --almost hateful-- kind of a way. Although greeting cards are nice every once in a while, one from a bro is just awkward. An email or a text is fine to show sympathy. A call, however, is also kind of weird and overly-sentimental.
To be completely honest, I don't think that I've ever actually sent a letter of any sort. At all. In fact, my best friend was home sick today and all he got was a "Get better", and a "DieRelle, why you gotta be all sick and shit!"
